Alan Fitzgerald Walker’s body was discovered three days after his murder. “KKK” was scrawled in blood on a closet door in Walker’s home, and the tires were slashed on Walker’s vehicle. Yitzak Abba Marta was convicted; Marta is still serving a life without parole sentence. His accomplice, Adam Blackford, turned state’s evidence and is no longer incarcerated.
“This person was killed because he was gay,” Judge William Storey told Marta.
